Harsh and his 70 years old mother were beaten by his lawyer Samuel Masih and his gang of goons inside the Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi when Harsh asked him to return his case file.
And if this was not enough then the Lawyer managed to lodge a case of molestation and snatching against Harsh by a female lawyer after Harsh called the police and complained about the assault. Can you expect Justice when we have such Goons in the Courts?

A three-and-a-half-year-old boy died on Thursday after he was allegedly slapped & beaten by two female teachers for crying in class.
The nursery student has been identified as Shivay Jaiswal, studying in DDS Convent school, Prayagraj.

According to the family, the child was subjected to both physical and emotional distress by the teachers and was not given appropriate care when he fell ill. They allege that when Shivay began crying in class, one teacher took him to his elder brother’s classroom. There, another teacher allegedly slapped him for crying.
Shivay's elder brother, a 2nd standard student, claimed that Shivay was also not given water when he asked for it. When Shivay's elder brother tried to give him water, one of the teachers scolded him.

After some time, Shivay fainted.

The boy’s father, Virendra Jaiswal, was informed by the school that his son was unwell. He rushed to the campus and then took Shivay to SN Children Hospital and later to SRN Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

A post-mortem was conducted by a panel of two doctors. Shockingly, it was also revealed in the report, that the child was sexually abused. But who abused him, is still to be investigated.

Naini police officials confirmed that statements from both family members and school staff have been recorded, and the investigation is ongoing.

The identity of both the teachers have been concealed by the authorities and they have been dismissed from their job, as per reports.
