@OlaElectric HI... when my ola S1 Pro will be ready for ride, it's lying since two months. I lodged my complaint at all level of Ola Customer Service including the head of the company and in social media. However, waiting for a minor service/repair.
@OlaElectric Hi..more than two months passed after lodging my complaint..no botheration till date. Atleast declare from your side when ola will repair the vehicle.

Ola S1 Air is not in a riding mode since one month. Though complained on day one, awaiting for post service. As per the advise of Ola, I have purchased Ola Care Plus. But still it is of no use.

Please look into the complaint lodged by me for ola service /repair related issue. The problem still continuing.
Moreover, to get special service, I have bought the Ola Care Plus. However, no services on this account.

@consumerforum_ Hi..Ola Scooty purchased in the month of Oct,2023. The same was delivered in Jan,2024. Since, July24 the vehicle is not on running condition due to battery not charging. Scooty sent for repair in Aug,24. Recieved the vehicle in Sept,24.On check found not working.
Scooty sent to Ola Service Centre with a hope to get the problem resolved. However, today received the scooty with same condition but informed that resolved the problem.
Please look into the matter with true spirit and don't try to make fool the customer.@bhash@OlaElectric
Hi I requested your intervention as Ola Customer Care only made a series of assurances to resolve the problem but my vehicle remained in sleeping mode since 25 days. I hope after your advice once they become active, contacted to extend service. Butagain remained silent. @bhash
