Governor Newsom just signed a new healthcare tax that will increase premiums for Californians by hundreds of dollars. This defies the will of our voters, who passed Prop. 35 to limit such tax increases.

This affront to both affordability and democracy cannot stand.

He shows a luxury sky rise building with luxury amenities was built for half that

All routinely cost far more than luxury residential units.

Obviously, no one is against affordable housing, but the affordable housing projects being built by government agencies are often double the per unit cost
