@amazonIN Experiencing limitless bad service, for same complaint called up 3 times, seems it has become big enough to ignore few such complaints. The issue was explained in details, CCE committed solutions all the times, but no results so far..

@AmazonHelp First time your CCE said, I would get refund, and no pick will happen, since it was only one copy. Second time your CCE said, he mentioned clearly that partial product received, hence it would be picked up, then amount would be reversed. Both the commitment failed..
