The United States was founded by a remarkable mix of young revolutionaries and experienced statesmen.
The Venezuela earthquake disaster is/was one of the worse humanitarian disasters of the 21st century and it's barely being covered by mainstream media. 60,000+ missing. Very little aid/help given. Disgusting. It's even being reported that trafficking of orphans is occurring in the aftermath 💔
Stephen Craig Paddock killed 60 people in Vegas in 2017 and the police / FBI never came up with a motive. Frankly, I think they (FBI/police) are hiding something from us about Paddock. It was nearly impossible for us to get information about Paddock.
Warwick FD just pulled a person out of the water off Conimicut Point. US Coast Guard helicopter arrived to assist in the search and located the victim within minutes. Firefighters then swam to the location and removed the person, who had been missing in the water for about 30mins
One of the happiest moments of my life occurred last night.
The whole family was outside helping to pull garlic - softneck variety - first year we’ve ever planted one and it’s quite a bit more difficult to harvest than hardnecks.
Everyone needs to head inside to bed, I’ve already accepted that I’ll be out and might see sunrise - I didn’t, but it could’ve been close.
My son - despite being offered to go inside just persisted that he wanted to stay and work with me.
He crushed it - helped me pull garlic, loaded the bucket of the tractor, directed me to stop, move forward, etc.
My son really brought value via work effort and productivity. But more than that, he chose to stay with me and wanted to work.
It was a quiet happiness and one I hope exists for the rest of our lives wherever he may go and however we may work together.
A woman hiking in Canada nearly became a grizzly’s next meal and the video circulating right now is genuinely one of the most intense wildlife encounters you will ever watch - her dog is with her, a massive grizzly is right there, and somehow she kept her head together long enough for both of them to walk away breathing.
That is not a small thing. Most people talk tough until nature is standing ten feet in front of them and every instinct in your body is screaming to run, and running is exactly the worst thing you can do.
Grizzlies are built to chase, they top out over 700 pounds and can cover ground faster than any human alive. The people who survive these moments are the ones who override pure fear with pure discipline and this woman did exactly that.
If you hike, camp, or spend any real time in the wilderness - bear spray is not optional, it is the difference between a story you tell and one somebody else tells about you.
Could you have kept your cool?
Hats off to her.
I do this treatment at my office in Miami (The Osteopathic Center).
The plasmapheresis (TPE) essentially pulls out 20% of all of your toxins in about 3 hours.
Think microplastics, heavy metals, viruses, bacteria, mold, fungi, inflammation, spike proteins, pesticides and so much more are removed!
The bag of toxins should be clear and apple-juice colored. Usually it’s closer to orange juice. See the photo below of one my partner did.
It costs $8,500 (if you’re doing one round), and the price drops with more rounds.
Some places, including us, will do an IV dose of Stem cells after to help with healing, inflammation, and anti-aging.
Removing all the toxins and inflammation with the plasmapheresis allows the stem cells to find their targets better.
