Coal-Fired Power Plants release sulfuric acid into the air. As it rains, the sulfuric acid mixes with the precipitation and creates acid rain. This acid rain can get into oceans causing the pH levels to lower, making the ocean more acidic. #apesair @franklinlorax

While driving, our cars emit carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide which are GHGs, that contribute to global warming. Thankfully our cars have catalytic converters that try to make these less harmful! @franklinlorax #apesair

My family’s #chevysilverado is able to use E85 gasoline which is made mostly of 🌽! When it comes out of the exhaust it is better for the enviro than regular gas! Too bad my dad doesn’t put it in that often! @franklinlorax #apesenergy
