The Munk School Black Students Association (MSBSA) at the University of Toronto strives to foster the representation of Black & racialized communities.
As the Munk School Black Students Association, the 2021/2022 executive team worked to identify our purpose as we embarked on the journey of advancing the mission and goals of the MSBSA. Through deep reflection, we came up with the following assertation:
We hope to redefine and reshape Blackness through showcasing diversity, excellence and more. We hope to create safe spaces that foster a deep sense of community. we believe that we all deserve not just a seat at the table but a voice.
As a collective, MSBSA hopes to let our presence be known and our absence be felt. We hope to foster a spirit of oneness and inclusion as we work together to build strong foundations and legacies for the future.
