We received this great photo from Leana of her and her brother Robert, children of longstanding member Sammy Scullion.

We've also included a more recent photo of WO Robert Scullion- Bandmaster of the Band of the Ryal Air Force College! 😎

We hope the boys and leaders of East Antrim Battalion Boys' Brigade had an enjoyable service today in Larne.

Unfortunately the weather meant the parade was called off, but we thank them for their invite.

Hard to believe we were in Carrickfergus this time last week for The Twelfth.

The band had good coverage on the BBC, and a great day with Magheramorne LOL 291.

We managed to stay dry for today's Larne District LOL No. 1 Annual Divine Service.

We are out this Wednesday at the Boyne Square Bonfire Society fun day, and then with Magheramorne LOL 291 for the Twelfth in Carrickfergus on Friday.

Wounded, he returned to fighting and then made it home, living to be over 100.

The parade leaves Victoria Orange Hall at 1930.

We look forward to leading tonight's Larne District LOL No. 1 Somme Commemoration and Parade of Banners.

It's always a poignant one for us as we also remember our past President, William McConnell, who joined the band before heading off to fight on the battlefields at the Somme.

It was our honour and privilege to play our part in the Larne D-Day Normandy Landing 80th anniversary.
