know that in other companies this type of behaviour with customer has never had any good circumstances,this escalation team's agent who hung up on me should not continue to work. They don't prioritize customer experience at all.
Never expected this kind of service from a big and popular company like Amazon. Today all the limits has been crossed they hung up on me when I was not done talking, I'm dumbfounded and completely speechless due to this type of behavior. I
