Cutting US funding for military and economic assistance completely is not "doing more."

Pressuring Ukraine to retreat from Donbas is not "doing more."

Calling Putin a nice guy (or something like that, as Witkoff did) is not "doing more."

Sanctioning Rosneft and Lukoil was a positive step, but the previous administration imposed sanctions, too.
