It’s Thursday again so sharing another rainbow for our NHS and frontline workers. This was created during lockdown by our artist and production manager Beth using a hole punch and magazines. Very time consuming but worth the effort. #ClapForOurCarers#NHSheroes
Sending this Rainbow from all of us at M-SET to all frontline workers including our teacher colleagues still working for vulnerable children (this photo of our set being built was taken before lockdown - it has a new meaning for us now - Thank You!)
This is a flyer we produced for children and their parents. We've summarised a few of the mental health tips they've learnt on our Open Minds projects and adapted them for coping with lockdown. We hope it's helpful.

Have you heard about our #Review100 competition??
Young people can watch any film and then write a review in 100 words or less. Simply send us a photo of their review on Twitter or Facebook, and include the entrant's age, and the winners will receive a £20 Amazon voucher!
They’re easy to make, just glitter and water in a bottle. We mixed half and half water with clear washing up liquid (or glycerin) to slow down the settling process. Can also mix sequins and things to the glitter for more interest.
We made these glitter bottles as a visual aid to represent anger and anxiety eventually calming for our mental health project Open Minds. Finding they’re creating a sense of calm now too for us.
With the ongoing situation all our current projects have been postponed so we thought we'd share some of our past work. Here's a short film about mental health we made with pupils from twelve London schools last summer on our project Open Minds https://t.co/gdIV8mylr1
Whilst taking all the necessary precautions at this time, our school remains open and we continue week 2 of our immersive educational theatre. #immersivetheatre#education
Mid-way through week 1 of our immersive installation exclusive to pupils at a Tower Hamlets school. We’re going on a journey. What do you think we’ll see? Who do you think we’ll meet? #habitats#immersiveinstallation
