@GeorgeWallace52 it was the template I use for filing doc bugs for supportability. i missed a space in the tag. all the doc bugs we filed in the past who-knows-how-long weren't getting reported correctly in our dashboards 🙃

@ender2025 weirdly enough i lost my mouse cursor when i plugged back in the dock but before the reboot. like the actual graphic representation of the cursor. I could still move the mouse and see elements get highlighted and click but couldn't see the pointer image. 🙄

If you have a surface3 dock and its not recognizing your monitors, unplug the dock from power*but leave the monitors connected to the dock and the dock connected to your surface*, wait for 1 min, reconnect dock to power, reboot your machine.
