Another day of showing @CourierEvri @EvriDeliveryCom @Evri_Helplinees is the incapable of doing their job… after over a month of vac and forth with customer service I get email back, with a wrong name in it! Do they not know how signed the email they replied to??

@Customersu7l7 your customer service has been awful and failed for over a month to help. I have no time to waste on you anymore. All you do is “escalate” and “look into things” but at the end of the day you DO NOTHING!

@CourierEvri the worst courier company in the world. Lost first parcel, damaged second parcel and no accountability for any of the issues. Contacted customer support, but all you get is AI generated response. Hell will freeze over before I ever order anything via evri ever again!
