@lady_valor_07 No, because you couldn’t prove it with 100% certainty. Like a recording of the person saying they faked the accusation. Otherwise, victims would not only fear going to trial, they’d fear getting arrested if they couldn’t prove rape. Stats on faked rapes is between 2% and 10%.
