@Laruto22 It appears A14 system issue. Try below:
1. Disable Animation: Setting-device settings-Animation-Remove animation
2. Patience: After tapping an app, wait for 3 seconds without doing any operation
3. Switch to Navigation bar mode: Settings-System-Navigation mode-3-button navigation
