Loved this analogy from @ajjuliani online learning master course. When switching to online instruction, you can't be the "chef" on the first try. Work from the recipe you know - lessons/units that you know worked and adapt them. #onlinelearning

@NurseWernerRN I read an article that says it costs 33% of a worker's salary to replace them. Retention is much better on an employer. I think this is a great way to strengthen preceptors and improve satisfaction all around!
