BMW withdrew its leasing offer for the official car of Tobias Rausch, the AfD politician elected president of Saxony-Anhalt’s state parliament on October 6.

The company did not explain its decision, but BMW CEO Milan Nedeljković recently criticized the AfD, calling right-wing populism and nationalism “poison” for Germany’s economy.

Rausch, the first AfD politician to become a state parliament president in Germany, will temporarily use his CDU predecessor’s BMW 7 Series.

However, its lease expires in November, potentially leaving him without an official car.

🛑 THE CHILLING LIST OF TORTURES ORDERED BY MADURO, ACCORDING TO THE PROSECUTION'S INDICTMENT | Rape with a BROOMSTICK, a gunshot to the leg, electricity to the genitals, asphyxiation.

But there's much more…Maduro even LAUGHED when hearing about the tortures, the prosecution claims.

The new indictment from this October 8 contains harrowing accusations.

The prosecution holds that Maduro not only knew about these practices: he would have personally ordered tortures, received reports on the abuses, and even laughed when hearing how prisoners were mistreated.

These are the episodes described in the judicial document:

🔴 RAPE WITH A BROOMSTICK: In 2010, Maduro would have ordered the torture of a police official from his inner circle, suspected of disloyalty and stealing part of a drug shipment. They tied his hands and feet inside a military trailer, beat him with a shovel and rifle butts, kicked him in the groin, shot him in the left leg, and raped him with a broomstick. (P. 7).

🔴 30 MOCK DROWNINGS AND 20 ELECTRIC SHOCKS: In 2013, a military officer kidnapped on Maduro's orders would have been tortured by DGCIM agents. They wet his back before applying electricity, suspended him until he lost consciousness, and repeatedly submerged his nose and mouth in water. They then threatened to kidnap and rape his daughter, even showing him women's underwear claiming it was hers. Maduro would have requested to see the video of his forced confession. (Pp. 12-13).

🔴 CILIA FLORES BACKED THE PROPOSAL TO TORTURE MILITARY OFFICERS: During the 2014 protests, Maduro would have proposed kidnapping between 5 and 7 military personnel to extract information through torture. According to the indictment, Flores agreed and rejected the alternative of infiltrating them. Kidnappings began shortly after. (P. 13).

🔴 "SQUEEZE THEM HARDER": Maduro received information about the detained military officers. When one of them continued resisting, he would have made a gesture with his hands and ordered to intensify the pressure on the prisoners. (P. 14).

🔴 LAUGHED WHEN HEARING ABOUT THE TORTURES: The prosecution holds that Maduro received reports on electric shocks, beatings, and simulated drownings. When detainees wouldn't talk, he asked what could be done to force them to confess and suggested methods like depriving them of sleep or dousing them with water. According to the accusation, he sometimes laughed when hearing about the abuses. (P. 15).

🔴 FAMILY MEMBERS OF A JUDGE WERE TORTURED: In 2022, a judge tried to resist an order to prevent opponents from running in elections. Soon after, her relatives were detained and tortured by the DGCIM. The accusation also notes that Maduro had gathered judges to demand their obedience and offer them a $1,000 monthly bonus. (P. 10).

🔴 ASPHYXIA AND MOCK DISMEMBERMENT: In 2017, DGCIM agents placed a bag over a military officer's head until he couldn't breathe. They stretched his arms and legs in opposite directions to simulate dismembering him, doused him with ice water, and tightened his handcuffs so forcefully that they had to be broken to remove them. His wounds required stitches. (P. 16).

🔴 THEY SQUEEZED HIS TESTICLES AND PRESSED HIS EYES: In January 2018, authorities detained a man due to his friendship with an official turned opponent. They beat him in the face and abdomen, violently squeezed his testicles, pressed his eyes, and struck his face with a weapon until he bled. (P. 17).

🔴 ELECTRIC SHOCKS TO THE TESTICLES AND ASPHYXIA WITH A BAG: After the August 2018 drone incident, a detainee was tortured in Boleíta Norte. They applied electricity to his testicles and knees, asphyxiated him with a bag, and beat him. The officers themselves recorded the abuses. The victim overheard that "the boss," whom he identified as Maduro, didn't believe his statement. (P. 19).

🔴 DIED IN CUSTODY AFTER A TORTURE ORDER: The prosecution describes the case of an opponent detained in October 2018.

Gary Coleman was paid $70,000 an episode as a teenager. In his 30s, he worked as a security guard. The people who had managed his money were his own parents.

In the video below, Coleman says that even after the lawsuit, he still doesn't know where $18 million went.

He was the star of Diff'rent Strokes. In the first season he got $1,500 an episode.

His parents were his personal managers and, ABC News reported, took the biggest cut, 20%. California law said 25% of his income had to be set aside for his future. ABC reported that even that disappeared.

"I kept getting told, don't spend so much," Coleman said. "Everybody wanted a piece of me."

In 1989, at 21, he cut them off and sued his parents and his former business adviser. That same year, his mother asked a court to take control of his finances, saying he couldn't handle his own affairs.

His father said he was not a bookkeeper: "All we did was sign documents and gave our approval."

In 1993 a judge ruled that his parents and the adviser had skimmed some of his earnings and awarded him nearly $1.3 million. Six years later Coleman filed for bankruptcy.
