Sinzi ko washobora kurera umwana udafite akanyafu - Mudidi

Inararibonye mu burezi wanabaye Minisitiri w’Uburezi, Emmanuel Mudidi, yatangaje ko mu burezi haba hakenewe gutanga ibihano ariko bitagamije gutoteza umwana ahubwo byo kumukebura.

Mu burezi bw’u Rwanda hashize igihe harafashwe icyemezo cy’uko nta mwarimu ugomba guhanisha umwana inkoni.

Emmanuel Mudidi yabwiye RBA ko mu bihe bya kera abana bigaga ari bake cyane ndetse ubutegetsi bwahaga umwanya ubuhinzi gusa, bityo abarangiza umwaka wa gatandatu w’ayisumbuye bakaba mbarwa.

Ati “Ubu icyo tugamije ni uko umwana w’Umunyarwanda yiga ni cyo Leta ishaka kandi n’amahirwe ariho ariko ukavuga uti ‘none se ko hari n’abana bata amashuri?’ Hari ikintu tutavuze ariko gikomeye, ni ikinyabupfura. Nubwo uburezi mu Rwanda ari ubuntu ndetse abana bagaburirwa ku mashuri, ariko abarenga 4% buri mwaka usanga baravuye mu mashuri.

Mudidi yavuze ko mu burezi hadakoreshejwe akanyafu bitatanga umusaruro, kuko umwana aba agomba gukeburwa ariko n’ababahana bagasabwa kugira ikinyabupfura.

Ati “Sinzi ko washobora kurera umwana udafite akanyafu kuko reka mbabwire, kwiga ni ukwigana. Abana rero burya baba batureba twebwe abakuze. Uko twitwaye natwe baba batureba. Niba rero uri umubyeyi udafite ikinyabupfura ntabwo abana bazakigira…ariko ubundi wa munyafu ku mwana ni ngombwa kuko umwana agomba kwerekwa ibyo agomba gukora atabikora akabona n’ibihano.”

Imibare ya Miniteri y’Uburezi yo mu Ukuboza 2025 igaragaza ko u Rwanda rufite amashuri 5.041 yigamo abana miliyoni 4.766.125 bangana na 35% by’abaturage bose u Rwanda rufite, bivuze ko ⅓ cy’Abanyarwanda ari abanyeshuri.
