Why do @IRCTCofficial @irctc_app expect ppl 2 file TDR 4 this,u hav system built 2 charge the customer,u terminate the train,now u auto-refund instead making us file TDR!

@RailwaySeva @drmbct Have shared the PNR on DM. Looks no hope! Even the TTE in the train are not alloted a seat, so how come the passengers will be benefited. @RailMinIndia - stop this hooliganism!

They just mark the tickets as 'Closed' without any resolution. Looks like pulling the chain and halting the train seems to be the only option available now.
