Stand up to the nasty inner voice.
We all learn by making mistakes. We can turn those into something or we can let the nasty inner voice stop progress.
If you let your inner voice beat you up. Those mistakes become weights, holding you down.

Change is making different choices than your norm. Creating a new habit can be waking up 5 minutes earlier each day to stretch.
