@ChrisMurphyCT This is what happens when your political platform is based on red herrings (that many don’t care about) as opposed to REAL policy positions. His votes were not representing the will of his constituents, as a result, they replaced him with someone who they think will.
@spawlaczyk@JimCosta_@DetroitPistons@NBA So you think they read this in the middle of the 3rd quarter during a time out and were like…”Oh no this is what people think? LETS GO!” That was your “motivation tactic”?
@TedSaysHowdy@JackPosobiec Instead of donating to a lost cause, maybe he should’ve saved a little money so he didn’t have to live at Mom and Dad’s house at the age of 31.
@nicksortor If this happened in California, the principal would’ve been charged with assault and the gunman would’ve been set free, would’ve sued the school district and would’ve won.
@QasimRashid 1 small omission, Iran fulfilled one thing from the Obama list. Iran continued to enrich Uranium, was advancing to build a nuclear weapon, did not allow inspectors to the real areas, and inspectors did not confirm Iran’s compliance.
@raizumichin@ArtCandee Your original post was that POWs would be treated better by the same Iranian regime that has recently murdered 30K+ of their own citizens. You have zero credibility.
@raizumichin@ArtCandee Your regime has killed thousands of its own citizens in recent months. They seem like really swell guys. I’m sorry, but based on this FACT, you’ve got nothing.
@CoachJFreeman86 I’ve been an ardent college fan since the 90s. There was something to be said about following recruiting, watching players improve in your program. Now getting a recruit “commitment” or watching a player develop in your program just to leave not worth any emotional investment.
@raizumichin@ArtCandee There’s a difference. Iran has largely detained diplomats and civilians as leverage. The CIA has targeted suspected terrorists and combatants. You can criticize how the U.S. handled detainees, but that’s not the same as seizing innocent people for bargaining chips.
@ChrisKramer1973@shanghaibirds@nicksortor Wrong, ISIS lost its caliphate primarily to a U.S.-led coalition working with Kurdish and Iraqi forces. Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah were focused on propping up Assad, not leading the fight against ISIS.
@raizumichin@ArtCandee “Iran treats POWs well”? They held 52 Americans for 444 days. Former hostages report isolation, threats of execution, and psychological pressure. That’s not “well treated,” that’s coercion and hostage diplomacy.
@ChrisKramer1973@shanghaibirds@nicksortor ISIS didn’t just “appear” after Saddam. It evolved out of al-Qaeda in Iraq during a civil war fueled by sectarian divisions already there. And it was ultimately crushed by a U.S.-led coalition.
@raizumichin@ArtCandee Are we talking about the same “Iranians”? The Iranian regime that I’m talking about is the one that hangs people from cranes in public and has killed 30,000 plus of their own people. I’m sure the Iranians would treat any hostage to tea and crumpets in a 5 star hotel in Tehran.
@theboysjake@ArtCandee I agree you. It’s the extreme 10% on both sides of the line that ruin it for everyone. When I refer to “The Left” I’m referring to that left 10%. Trump is abrasive, he demands the outrageous to shock his opponents, but ultimately to get people to the table to negotiate.
