@Delta I’m usually loyal but today you screwed up. When I pay for a flight change, I expect it be done correctly so I don’t end up being asked to step aside at boarding, told my boarding pass is invalid, and nearly miss my flight. Oh, but my suitcase is on the plane. 🤬 #Platinum
