Found my childhood vaccine book. I had exactly 8 vaccines as an infant/young child. Now CDC & NYS want my kid to have 57 injections by age 12! For health? Kids were way healthier when I was a child. NO childhood obesity in my school, no diabetes, food allergies, autism or ADHD.

When I was a young doctor, whenever we saw shingles in young people our first thought was checking for HIV. I've talked w/ 4 family friends under the age of 50 with shingles in the past 5 days. This is pretty odd. None have HIV risk factors. They do have one thing in common.
