@PawanKalyan It should definitely be left to the students to choose upon .. as sarkar u have to provide both options.. please do not impose anything. Lessons from the past show that any sort of impositions leads to rebellion!

@narendramodi UK became the 1st country and now Mexico has also banned single use plastics, please ban in India as well...I would like to see this coming just like demonitization and surgical strikes which came over night!
