I actually agree, he's made very significant contributions. Every area he's ever been put in charge of has suffered major disasters: trains, contact tracing, comm games and now housing - an industry he has even less experience in than the last two. I can see why they picked him.

Last year through no fault of our own, our investment property in Carlton was severely damaged due to water infiltrating a combination of floating floor and the parquetry underneath.

I have been told by the SRO that we are still liable for vacant land tax. 1% of the value of our property!
We have had the house for just over 14 years and it has been tenanted the entire time across approximately 7 or 8 lots of tenants.
