Me seeing that Jon Rothstein didn’t put ASU on his ballot even though he tweets about Bobby Hurley after every win

The guy from MADtv?

I’m sure Brett Yormark is thrilled with how Fox has promoted Big Noon Saturday live from
Wembley Stadium in London. No mention of that matchup but lots of promo for Ohio State vs Kent State!

[Matt Seeman @MSeeman18]

@ChadMoriyama I’m gonna assume he’s back.

No ads but I hope they at least still feature a certain soda known for producing ads about a town obsessed with college football.

[Chris Karpman @ChrisKarpman]

Looks like ASU is switching from Coke products to PepsiCo brands. All of the Powerade water station equipment was switched to Gatorade at practice. Aquafina was on the table for postgame press conferences after Morgan State.

[Matt Seeman @MSeeman18]

Bowling Green just lost to FCS Tarleton State on the day they were supposed to play ASU. Probably would have been better off with a trip to Tempe in hindsight.

[Chris Karpman @ChrisKarpman]

BREAKING: ASU will play Morgan State to open the 2026 season after Bowling Green earlier backed out of the game, Graham Rossini just said at a VABC booster event.

With a lockout looming, there's no Big League Weekend in Las Vegas on the books for next year. The 2022 edition was canceled as a result of the last labor dispute.

@ChadMoriyama I’ll just assume he won’t pitch again this year.

Is there any particular reason why a member of the BYU athletic department needed anonymity to say that being an athletic director is much more difficult these days?

[Jackson Payne @jackson5payne]

Big shakeup at BYU. Football will now be split off from the school's other athletic programs.

Kalani Sitake now reports directly to University VP Keith Vorkink instead of Brian Santiago.

I didn't even know the character had a name, I've just been calling her Lady Bosch.

A spinoff of “The Lincoln Lawyer” starring Cobie Smulders is in development at Netflix.

The series would center around Smulders' Artemisia “Emi” Finch, the half-sister of Mickey Haller.

Any team truly interested in Skubal could have beaten that package, so save the takes about the Dodgers ruining baseball.

Jersey patches were always presented as a way for schools to generate more revenue post-House settlement.

[CFBudge @CF_Budge]

I love how the jersey patch was presented as a way for programs to be innovative and close the gap on the top dogs.

Instead, the rich get richer, the gap actually expands and everyone’s jerseys get 5% worse.
