It is illegal for House-Agents to collect inspection fees, merely to inspect someone else property. Extortion of the highest order and inspection fee is not a professional fee. The only money accrued to agents is agency fee. Any money aside amounts to extortion.

@emmanuelayoobam Agency Fee is a professional fee charged by Agent for services rendered to either Landlords or Tenants. Consultation fees are paid by most clients before professional fees are paid. In recent times, most clients faced extreme extortion by Agents under the guise of inspection.
