Marketplace example. A seller wants to always appear in the default listing. If theyβre not relevant to the shopper, they appear as noise. Amazing visibility, no conversion.
In B2B2C, both Bs want to serve the C. The middle B asks for something because it helps them solve their own customerβs problem. That problem is the root cause.
@trq212 I feel like these help the AIs give much more nuanced answers compared to answers simply based on facts, so I can totally vouch for this! βΊοΈ
@trq212 One great benefit that this exercise gave me is the idea that now, on top of the facts, my workspace carries another dimension. That dimension is the feelings, the context, the reasoning behind those feelings...
@trq212 I have done this, and I have done this way before, back in the Opus 4 days. I called it "the vault," and I basically stored all my emotions, what went through my head, and what I was feeling at different moments in my life...
I built a knowledge graph over my own notes and got fifteen stars. Someone built the same idea for code and got over 115,000. The code was never the problem. I let three trolls out-vote fifteen stars, and I read the wrong number as the truth.
3/ Then I watched my own idea get 117k stars in someone elseβs hands. You steer by the signals you get. The troll signal arrived first and louder, so I let it overwrite the stars.
2/ I did distribute. GitHub, a Substack, LinkedIn, Reddit. Then on Reddit people bashed me: βyet another white coder making a claim without knowing their shit.β I took my defeat and went quiet.
1/ A code tool called Graphify has over 115,000 stars on GitHub. I built the same anti-RAG idea months earlier, one layer up, a knowledge graph over my own notes. Mine got fifteen.
I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.
@trq212 Given how Opus 5 has started overcomplicating things for me, I believe this is extremely well timed. Thanks a lot! This is going to be my default go-to from now on! π
