Russia invaded Ukraine based on 4 assumptions; 1. His Army was invincible - It wasn't.2. The Ukrainians wouldn't fight - how wrong he was. 3. The International community would fragment - it didn't.4. Ukrainian people would welcome Russia - they didn't 1/6

In early 1940's the America First Committee (sound familiar?) and Senator Lindbergh didn't believe Britain could resist Hitler & wanted to turn their back on Europe. He was wrong then & Trump is wrong now.

Contrary to lazy commentary Putin is not in a strong position. His economy is a year away from a crash, he has lost over 800k soldiers and his Army's equipment is decimated. Russia is not some world super power, the US and Europe dwarf it in nearly every measure. 4/6

It is a gangster state with a gangster leader. The West needs to send a clear message to the Kremlin that we aren't going to abandon Ukraine & we will stick with them as long as it takes for Russia to fail in it's illegal invasions. 5/6

North Korea recently tested a new ballistic missile, with record flight time and altitude. The world merely watches as this threat grows.

Through Moscow’s assistance, North Korea has advanced its artillery and missile capabilities. Now, they are learning the tactics of modern warfare. Thousands of North Korean soldiers are already near Ukraine’s borders, preparing to fight. And the world is still watching.

We know where these North Korean troops are gathering in Russia. We could act preemptively if we had the means—long-range capability. Yet, America, the UK, and Germany watch.

We understand the logistics pipeline between Russia and North Korea that enables this aggression, and it must be stopped. Strong Asian nations, including China, have a role to play. If China truly advocates for ending the war, it must act.

@Ryanair flight FR2435 Krakow to London Stansted was meant to depart at 17:45. Its now nearly 1:30 in the morning and we are sitting on the runway, having been on the plane for an hour and still yet to depart. Travelling with a 3 year old and a baby. Unacceptable. #flightdelay
