Addison Tx here. Internet went out during the work day today. No communication on WHY it’s down but you are going to take 5 hours to fix it?? We need some accountability here Spectrum.

@Ask_Spectrum So I DM/fill out your form so you can access - only to be told the outage will now be until 4am and a reminder to reboot in the morning! Did you not just say that you would look into this and see WHY this happened? Come on, guys. Be better
