@PNDandMe ultimately, we (society, friends, media, antenatal classes) talk endlessly about the physical changes to our bodies in pregnancy, during birth & post-partum. Surely it's time to give the same attention to our minds throughout that period? #PNDHour
@sarahlturner Audiobooks have saved me! I love them & they're how I consume most books. I like long ones especially, & mainly listen before sleep or whilst walking solo. I listen at 0.90 & stop whenever I feel sleepy. My sleep is much improved, been doing this for about 6 years.
@IvanBrett I don't think she was trying to 'punish' Jas, she thought they were all Faithful (she voted to end the game); she was forced to vote for someone, she only voted for Jas because she trusted in Harry so much. You can see how tough it was for her.
@AshCurryOcd I feel really grateful to have been on citalopram for many years. Through a particularly difficult time I tried others, but went back to citalopram. For me, it really reduces the physical symptoms of anxiety & I'm able to live a relatively stable life as a result.
@BillyMonger@RATW_official My daughter is 6 & loved you guys from the start, we all really enjoyed watching your journey, but you were definitely her winners ๐
Amazing shortlist, it's Demon Copperhead for me! Finished it last week & not been able to pick anything else up since.
Trespasses is beautiful too.

@naomicfisher My daughter (5) came home upset as she didn't get a lollipop - awarded to those who queued up quietly, completed work quickly etc. My daughter is sensitive, beats herself up for not being good enough etc so to see the school rewarding compliance with sweets is frustrating
