9:10, bus 7636 boarded an elderly male passenger with a walker near flatbush ave & ave H. the bus attempted to pull off before the passenger was seated, causing him to stumble. passenger says he’s a “fall risk” and the bus driver responded back, “well, hold on then!” @MTA

passenger & others pointed out how callous & illgocal the driver reaponse was (how can someone holding a walker also hold into the rails). driver was nasty, irrational, and unhelpful. continued yelling with passenger for a minute or two saying he was crazy and better hold on!
