@4ndyHill I have the same rack and carried a variety of bikes long and short distances and never had a problem. Was crapping my pants first time though!!!
It's also been fine when I've smacked the bike I to a tree branch and also when I've forgotten to do one of the wheel straps up!!!

@UKMTB_Chat @ukmtbta I don't have much in the way if trail centres my way and discovered some nice singletrack in my local woods, what's the best way of approaching the land owners to ask about riding as I'm not sure it's permitted and maybe adding some simple berms for example?
