In their mind, anything "inclusive" is the epitome of good. That anything equitable must be given the highest priority.

This leads to the disasters we currently see in liberal cities, where every single job is filled with employees who were never supposed to get it, reinforced by an incompetent leadership.

Instead of actually focusing on helping the so-called disadvantaged by promoting education or things like that, they just basically spoonfeed them into a cushy privileged life with no regard for their future
