MTC is a proud member of the @THEBSASSOC Modern Slavery Council which launched the Tackling Modern Slavery in FM and Construction Toolkit in London on Wednesday. The Toolkit supports businesses to reduce the risk of modern slavery and represents the sector’s collective efforts.

MTC has signed up to the Ban the Box campaign run by Business in the Community (BITC). We will be removing ‘tick boxes’ and asking about past criminal convictions at a later stage in the recruitment process to give candidates a fair chance. #livedexperience
