@Windstream after promising me an ipgrade would fix my continuous outage issue I paid for it. 4 days later my internet and phone is down. Field guy called wed saying that he can upgrade without coming out. Now I cannot work. Y should I pay for this ?

@Windstream every 10 days my phone and internet goes out. I call every time and noone comes and solves the issue and it miraculously gets fixed after the call. Today it’s been out since 2am and they said it’s an area outage I called 6pm and now they said there never was outage
