Lake Elmo is rapidly refilling, and FWP is working to restock the lake. Hatchery staff planted about 50,000 two-inch rainbow trout this past week that will serve as food for other fish. Catfish, perch, bluegills, minnows and catchable-size trout will follow. Watch for details.
