This is a pretty spot on note.

You can’t have the action without the consequence. Until you’re for events happening. No complaining about the consequences. Cut writers is one of them.

I just wanted to touch a bit more on the news of @StarCityGames cutting back drastically on strategy content and letting most of their writers go.

When I was a pro Magic player, most of my money came from content creation. And I was one of the top prize money earners at the time

Magic needs an update to their core fundamentals of starting a game before a ban in Modern.

The player on the draw is set back so significantly. Need to bring it closer to 50/50. Give them a scry or a free mull. It’s very lopsided the advantage on the play. Bring it closer

The format is so much faster since twin was Legal. Just like other cards that were banned at that time and since unbanned, Jace and BBE are tolerable

Would love to see Splinter Twin back in Modern adding another archetype, but understand T3 may have to go for it. Format shake up
