@SaffronOlive Interesting. A counter might be that at least Arcane Signet feels like a piece of a traditionally high fantasy card game. Sure there are exceptions (Innistrad's horror genre, for example) but TWD doesn't feel 'magic'. It's alien in a completely different way than Phyrexians. :)

@vinnnysiri @CatCalledQuest @TolarianCollege @GavinVerhey @wizards_magic @PeteVenters I don't plan to play any partners, but I for one think this is absolutely fine. If you don't want it, don't use it in your playgroup but it's nice to add a different level of customization.
