@elonmusk There might be misaligned incentives, but I doubt they are directly causing coordinated efforts not to arrest drug dealers. A better discussion might be whether they are indirectly connected at all and how ideology influences this.

These are difficult issues, at this time I don't see any good solutions, just ways to address that might be better than others, hoping no one thinks they have the perfect solution & discussion continues while sensible/needed change is enacted
