New enhancements to the app:
- Guidance added for adding web app(screenshot)
- Timer now follows on home screen easier
- “pick up where you left off” button
Big thanks to @RonnieAdkins for his review and suggestions to make these enhancements happen
Masters Training Systems was born out of a genuine passion for training — not a business plan. These programs exist because I love the craft, I live the discipline, and I believe in what structured, demanding training can do to a person.
We’re all born with an expiration date.
Don’t keep telling yourself you’ll do it tomorrow.
Do what you can now with what you’ve got before it’s gone.
Train on.
Being strong is great but if you can’t get to where you’re needed quickly you have to question the functionality of your training.
Whether it’s being able to respond in an emergency situation or just keep up with your kids, cardio is a must.
Don’t be the dad who just sits on the sidelines. If they need someone to get out on the field, be that positive role model that can keep up.
If there is an emergency, you don’t want to be huffing and puffing trying to catch your breath instead of doing what needs done.
Get the PR’s, get strong, but don’t forget to stay mobile
The flagship of MTS is the Elite Protocol.
It is unique. It is demanding. It is dynamic.
It is not for average.
We start with activation to get the heart rate up and wake the body up.
We move to our main lift for our strength focus.
Secondary is about technique and hitting that muscle a second time in the week.
Assistance reinforces the main lift.
Strongman style exercises for strength and more functional effort.
Finishers are there for extra credit. Reward yourself with a pump.
MTS programs run a variety of approaches each with its own unique goals and design but this one asks you to do it all.
Because to be elite you have to choose the hard path. You do the lift, the run, and then you do more. You keep going when others quit because you expect more of yourself.
Elite is being proud of who you choose to be and earning your own respect.
Train on.
