First official test of the ChocoFab chocolate assembly system! The melted chocolate successfully moved through the tube to the mold, demonstrating the system's operational capability. While the chocolate bar needs cooling, this marks the start of customizable chocolate bars.(1/2)
The Bird Attractant and Deterrent team has made some serious progress! They have completed a box that is better than the first version and looks great! Hopefully the birds really like this one.
The Localized Lyme Disease Fighting team will have their Tick Repellent Administration System (TRAS) completed shortly. The TRAS includes a real time clock module, an SD card module, a HX711 amplifier, and a load cell to collect data regarding the amount of mice that enter.
The ATX Power Supply team has completed a SPICE simulation of a buck converter. Shown is the circuit diagram, filtered output, and method of control for switching. Using this 12 volt to 5 volt converter we were able to see a 3% ripple at 20 Amps! #power#circuit
