@ChrisGuru En is ezzel kuzdok regota, most azt tervezem, hogy az elalvas elotti etel es viz fogyasztasra jobban figyelek. Ezen kivul a vaksotet halo segit, illetve a konyv (nem telefon!) olvasas. Ha 2-3 oldal utan nem esik ki a kezembol, akor legalabb haladok a konyvvel.

@H2CO3_iOS En is egyedul irtam meg a beadandok tobbseget. Ugy voltam vele, hogy akkor legalabb legyen otos :D Egyebkent hozzatennem, hogy az ITK eleg gyenge volt a csapatmunka tamogatasaban, kb oldjatok meg magatok. Kedves tanarunk annyit mondott, hogy hasznalhatnatok git-et.
@orbanlevi What I found that many teams have no definition of a prio1, e.g. prod outage, data loss, security breach. I think it's important, especially in a remote team, to emphasize the severity of such an incident.
@NapierHolland Same here. Sometimes it's difficult to cover my caloric needs, BK / McDonalds fits perfectly into my diet every once in a while. The only thing I tend to cut is fries, as I've realized I don't enjoy them as much as they put off the macro balance. Only eat them when starved.
@joe_ashwell@levelsio Depends on how much you run. Shrooms can give you a pretty amazing afterglow, and you literally can't get addicted, I think that's more like the opposite of drinking.
@levelsio Disagree. You get most of your gains in the first 1-1.5 years, after that, you face diminishing results, unless you keep investing more time in it and more money in nutrition. Agree with the alcohol analogy, though.
@levelsio So it's great for workouts, now that you can use segments. I tend to just use Siri to control the watch. ("Hey Siri start a traditional strength workout"). And same for the alarm. Just tell Siri, wake me up in an hour. Much better to wake up to a light buzz than an alarm.

@levelsio@SafetyWing My experience was super bad, but they use local insurance companies. Typical insurance stuff: looks good in the front hut as soon as you want to actually reimburse something, crappy websites, long forma and hinderances all the way

@alexstyl@sanderfish Sugar free, 100% peanut butter might not get you fat. It is actually quite satiating and all the fibers + fats slow down your carb uptake. Works well in protein shake smoothies too. But again it depends a lot on your metabolism. Fats aren’t evil anymore.
