@TLRailUK The platform screens changed from showing it as a fast train (cancelled stops) to a slow train with the stops after the doors closed.

There was no announcement on the platform or train.

@TLRailUK the train to St Albans departed at 18:37. The screens showed it was a fast train to St Albans. When the doors had closed,it changed to a slow train. Ange the customer service assistant on the platform also said it’s a fast train but it was changed after the doors closed
