【注意喚起】

先日、ミャンマーのタチレクの郊外にて、切羽詰まった感じで憔悴した様子の日本人から話し掛けられました。
（国籍は確認してないけど自然な日本語でした）

肌や服装が汚れていて、髪もボサボサで、歩き方から察すると、おそらく足や背中を怪我をしている可能性が高そうでした。

最近報道されてる特殊詐欺の件があるので、仮にその件に関わる人なら、騙されて監禁された被害者であると同時に、特殊詐欺に加担した犯罪者でもある可能性があります。

※日本人20名が監禁されていると報道されている件は、ミャワディという別の街のようですが、タチレクも特殊詐欺拠点がある街です。

その辺りの状況がハッキリせず、長時間の会話で詳しく事情を聞くこともリスクがある状況で、下手に彼を助けてしまうと、自分が犯人隠匿や逃走幇助などの罪に問われるリスクがあるため、あなたを個人的に助けることはできないと伝えました。

「もし支援が必要なら、あなたにこの場に留まってもらって、自分はすぐにこの場を離れた後、ミャンマー警察に保護を求める電話を掛けることなら出来ますよ」

と提案したけど、それは拒否されたので、もうその時点で関わるべき相手ではないと判断しました。

彼と会話を交わした様子を見ていた現地人などが周囲に複数いたので、念の為、既にミャンマーを出国して、このポストを書いています。

ここから注意喚起です。

ミャンマー国内、もしくは国境を接するタイ・ラオスのゴールデントライアングル付近の地域、あるいはメーソートなどで、金儲けの話をしてくる現地人・日本人・中国人、あるいは助けを求めてくる日本人などに遭遇したら、基本的には無視して、速やかにその場を離れましょう。

海外の主要都市や観光地でもない僻地で、助けを必要とする事態に陥る時点で、その人物はまともではないので、見捨てても問題ありません。

海外で日本語で話しかけてくる現地人は基本的に詐欺師だと昔から言われていますが、海外で助けを求めてくる日本人は犯罪者または予備軍の可能性が高いです。

最近、海外で日本人の若者と話すと、危機管理の意識が薄いなと感じることが多々あり、そんな時にミャンマーでの出来事があったので、注意喚起のポストを書いてみました。
