Our Decade of Commemorations 1912-23 events recently came to a fitting, rousing and poignant conclusion on campus with our swansong event at which MU President Prof Eeva Leinonen paid tribute to the "very significant achievements" of our Committee over the past eleven years.
The concert featured performances from staff, students and alumni of Maynooth University, including our award-winning Chamber Choir, who took us from the the trenches of World War One to the Dublin tenements and from the Aisling poetic tradition to radical feminist politics.

"All Changed, Changed Utterly: A Decade in Words and Music" took place in the Aula Maxima during MU Research Week 2023 and featured performances of the music and literature which inspired, chronicled and reflected upon the decade's momentous events.
