Future is not looking good for Ten Hag, particularly after meeting Ratcliffe Today.

INEOS looking to do a complete overhaul of transfer operations and they wouldn't be trying to bring in Ashworth & Mitchell if they were going to give ETH lots of power.

The problem is Erik Ten Hag is very reluctant to give up power when it comes to transfers according to @RobDawsonESPN

With Ten Hag previously saying this "I set requirements in advance about how I want to work" "If they aren't granted, I won't do it. I am ultimately responsible and accountable for the results. I don't want to be the sole ruler, I stand for cooperation, but control in transfers is a condition for me."

INEOS will not allow Ten Hag to have this power and if he refuses then he is gone, with some reports even suggesting they have already contacted Graham Potter😬

I assume Ten Hag will get to the end of the season, as implementing structural changes is seen as first priority.

But did hear info on INEOS wanting to bring in Dan Ashworth & Co to create a vison of how they want #MUFC to play and then hire a head coach to do that.

Hope Erik turns it around, but it is looking worrying.

But Man Utd fans don’t care about winning trophies, they care about the illusion of playing this "ten Hag system" that has never resulted in top trophies, EVER

Luke Shaw, Aaron wan-Bissaka, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford are all being added to "preferred XI's" and none of them have experience in winning major trophies

None of them can actually play the "progressive" football fans want to see either, they are counter attacking, hoof-ball, speed merchants that can barely control a ball, let alone play "fluid attacking football"

The players named above are actually the players that will hold Man Utd back, like they have been for the last 6+ years
