But now after 15 days still issue is not resolved and iam unable to use the new printer. I regret purchasing a HP printer. How come a brand new printer has hardware problem? After purchasing printer iam unabke to use it even after 2 weeks. I dont get proper reply when mailed.

@HPIndia Hi team, i have purchased a HP printer 589 on Nov 26,2025. After installation printer was not working. Immediatly raised a case & i received a call & technician visit only after 10 days. Then they mentioned some hardware problem & need to change PCA cland printer head.
