We're proud to announce that Dr. Andrea Abbott has been named Medical Director of the Hollings Cancer Center Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program. The AYA program is a new initiative designed to address the specific needs of teenagers and young adults. Congrats Dr. Abbott!
At 25 years old, Hayden Braun was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. A rare transplant and a team that refused to give up helped him keep going. Today, he’s back on track to becoming a doctor.
