Upgraded our hammer throw #biomechanics analysis. Added a ball force vector to better understand patterns of force application. The increase in the tangential force during double support is pretty cool to see. Also include single/double support phases and high/low points.
@NickJWillsmer Yup, Iโve read most of his articles. Still the only(?) work to get GRF data on the hammer throw, which is super cool. That said, I do want to look at the synchronicity you describe in more detail because Kojiโs work only included three throwers.

@EACoachDavis Hi Matthew, we use @theiamarkerless to get the 3D position of joint centers etc. The biomechanical modeling is done with Visual3D and MATLAB. Feel free to DM me if you have specific follow up questions. Cheers.
